Your Private Minivan Taxi and Chauffeur Service in Paris

CDGParisCab is a Paris-based private transport company built around one idea: groups should travel together, comfortably, and without having to solve a puzzle at every step. A standard taxi seats four people and a few bags. A train or a bus asks you to carry luggage up stairs and change platforms. A shared shuttle waits until it is full. Our minivan taxi service replaces all of that with a single vehicle, a professional chauffeur and a price you know in advance.

We drive between Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Paris Orly (ORY) and Paris Beauvais (BVA) airports, central Paris, Disneyland Paris, Versailles, Parc Astérix and many destinations across France and Europe. Families use us to reach Disney hotels with strollers and suitcases. Friends use us for weekends and celebrations. Companies use us for delegations, conferences and event guests. Tour organisers use us for private excursions to the places that public transport reaches badly or not at all.

Our vehicle is the Mercedes V-Class, a premium minivan that combines the space of a people carrier with the finish of a chauffeur car. It is clean, quiet and air-conditioned, with room for up to 8 passengers. You are met at the airport or at your door, your luggage is handled for you, and you are driven directly to your destination. There is no meter, no surprise at the end of the journey and no need to negotiate with a driver on a busy curb.

See the vehicle

The Minivan Taxi: Mercedes V-Class

A good group transfer starts with the right vehicle. The Mercedes V-Class is built for people who travel with luggage and want to arrive without being tired. It is spacious, steady on the motorway and quiet inside, so conversation is easy and children can rest.

Seats up to 8

One vehicle for the whole group. Nobody has to take a second taxi or meet you at the other end.

Real luggage space

Large suitcases, backpacks, folded strollers and sports bags travel with you. Tell us your luggage and we confirm the layout.

Child and booster seats

Available on request. Give us the age and weight of each child when you book and we prepare the right seats.

Clean and maintained

Cleaned before every trip and kept in top mechanical condition, with air conditioning and charging points on board.

Minivan taxi versus a standard taxi

A standard Paris taxi is metered, seats up to four and has limited boot space. For a party of five or more, or for a smaller party with large bags, two taxis are usually needed, which doubles the cost and splits the group. A minivan taxi keeps everyone together at a single fixed price. The more people you are, the better the value becomes, and the comfort is simply in another class.

Minivan taxi versus public transport

Trains and RER lines are fine for one traveller with one bag. They are hard for a family with children and suitcases, and they stop running at night. Our service runs at any hour, goes door to door and does not ask you to climb a single staircase with your luggage.

Why Choose CDGParisCab?

Fixed prices

You receive the price before you travel. It does not move with traffic, waiting time at baggage reclaim or a flight that lands late.

24/7 service

Night arrivals, dawn departures, weekends and public holidays are all normal days for us. We track your flight and adjust.

Door-to-door

We meet you in the arrivals hall, at your hotel or at the station, and we drop you at the entrance of your destination.

Professional chauffeurs

Experienced local drivers who know the airports, the ring roads and the best drop-off points for every hotel and park.

Real people to talk to

Call, message or email us at any stage. You always have your driver's number and ours.

We keep the service simple on purpose. You tell us what you need, we propose a vehicle and a price, and on the day a driver is waiting for you. If your plans change, we help you change the booking. That is the whole promise, and it is why so many guests come back for the return trip and recommend us to the next family.

Airport Taxi Minivan: CDG, Orly and Beauvais

Paris has three airports used by international and low-cost travellers, and each one has its own character. We serve all three with the same private minivan service, fixed prices and meet-and-greet. Here is what to expect at each.

Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG)

CDG is the largest airport in France and the arrival point for most long-haul flights. It lies about 25 kilometres north-east of central Paris and is the closest airport to Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix. We meet you at the terminal where you land, whether Terminal 1, 2 or 3, with a name sign in the arrivals area. We follow your flight number, so an early arrival or a delay does not change the plan, and we do not charge extra if baggage reclaim takes time.

From CDG the drive to central Paris usually takes 45 to 60 minutes, to Disneyland Paris about 45 minutes to an hour, and to Parc Astérix less than 30 minutes, always depending on traffic. For the return trip we collect you at your hotel at a time based on your flight, your terminal and the traffic we expect.

Paris Orly (ORY)

Orly is south of Paris and serves many European, North African and overseas routes. It is closer to the centre than CDG, but public transport from Orly to the rest of the region usually means a tram or a shuttle followed by one or two RER lines. With a group and luggage that is a long way to travel. Our minivan takes you from the terminal to your hotel in Paris in about 30 to 50 minutes, or to Disneyland Paris in about an hour, using the ring roads to avoid the centre.

Orly has two main terminals and the meeting points can change with airport works, so we tell you exactly where the driver waits when we confirm your booking.

Paris Beauvais (BVA)

Beauvais is about 85 kilometres north of Paris and is the home of many low-cost airlines. Flights often land late at night or leave very early, when the coach to Paris may not be running. A private minivan from Beauvais to Paris takes about an hour and a quarter, and to Disneyland Paris about an hour and a half. This is the route where a fixed price and a driver who is already waiting are most valuable.

What is included in every airport transfer

  • Meet-and-greet with a name sign in the arrivals area
  • Flight monitoring and automatic adjustment for delays
  • Help with luggage and a direct drive to your address
  • Fixed price with no meter and no surprises
  • Child seats and booster seats on request
  • Transfers between any two of the three airports

Planning your departure

For flights from Paris we calculate the pick-up time from your flight, the terminal and the time of day. We allow a comfortable margin for check-in and security and for traffic on the A1, A3, A4 and the ring roads. If you leave very early or arrive very late, say so when you book and we will confirm the driver for that hour.

Paris City Taxi Minivan

Paris is a compact city with narrow streets, one-way systems and many restrictions. A local chauffeur makes it simpler. We pick you up from hotels, apartments, vacation rentals and train stations in all arrondissements and in the inner suburbs, and we drop you wherever you are going next.

Hotels and apartments

Our drivers know where they can stop near your door. If the exact address is not reachable, they message you with a nearby meeting point.

Train stations

Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Gare de Lyon, Gare Montparnasse, Gare Saint-Lazare and Gare d'Austerlitz, with a meeting point that is easy to find.

Events and sightseeing

Transfers to concerts, exhibitions, trade shows, restaurants and the main sights, with return pick-up at the time you choose.

Many guests use us for the transfers that public transport handles worst: a family of seven going from a rental apartment to the station, a group with a late dinner reservation, or a business party moving between a hotel and a venue on the other side of the city. The price is fixed, the vehicle is waiting and the driver handles the parking and the luggage.

Disneyland Paris Minivan Transfers

Disneyland Paris is about 35 kilometres east of the centre of Paris, in Marne-la-Vallée. It includes Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, Disney Village and a collection of Disney and partner hotels, as well as the town of Val d'Europe. Our transfers go to any of these places, and our drivers know the best entrances and drop-off points.

CDG to Disneyland

The shortest airport route, about 45 minutes to an hour, with a direct drive to your hotel or the park.

Orly to Disneyland

About an hour across the south and east of the region, avoiding the centre of Paris.

Beauvais to Disneyland

The long-distance option for low-cost flights, about an hour and a half.

Paris to Disneyland

From your hotel or station, 40 to 60 minutes, with no changes and no queues.

Versailles to Disneyland

Between the Palace and the parks in about an hour and a quarter.

Made for families

Disneyland Paris trips usually involve children, strollers, coats and a large amount of luggage. The V-Class has space for all of it, and the driver helps with the loading and unloading. Child and booster seats can be fitted on request, and children can rest in a quiet vehicle instead of managing a crowded platform. If your room is not ready on arrival, we can drop you at Disney Village or at the park entrance so that the day is not lost.

When to book

School holidays, summer and the Christmas period are the busiest times, and we advise booking early. Give us your dates, flight numbers and the name of your hotel, and we will confirm the vehicle and the price. For the return trip, we collect you at your hotel or at the park at the time that suits your flight.

Private Excursions from Paris by Minivan

The best places around Paris are often hard to reach together by public transport. A private minivan with a chauffeur turns a day trip into a relaxed, flexible day: you choose the time, the stops and the pace, and the driver waits or returns when you are ready. Here are the excursions our guests ask for most often.

Palace of Versailles

About 20 kilometres from central Paris, Versailles is the most popular excursion. We drive you from your hotel to the Palace, return for you at the end of your visit and bring you back to Paris, or on to Disneyland Paris. The Palace and the gardens are large, so we plan the pick-up after the visit with your agreement and adjust if you stay longer.

Parc Astérix

The theme park is north of Paris, close to CDG and about 35 kilometres from the centre. We drive you from CDG, Paris or your hotel, and collect you at closing time. We also drive between Parc Astérix and Disneyland Paris, about 45 minutes apart.

Giverny, Fontainebleau and Chantilly

Claude Monet's house and gardens at Giverny, the royal château of Fontainebleau and the château and stables of Chantilly are all within a day's reach of Paris. Each is simple to visit by private car and complicated by train and bus. We take you there, wait if you ask, and bring you back.

Champagne, Normandy and the Loire Valley

For longer days, we drive to Reims and Épernay for champagne cellars, to Normandy for the landing beaches, Rouen and Honfleur, and to the châteaux of the Loire Valley. These are quoted individually at a fixed price, with the driver staying with your group for the whole day or for several days.

Brussels, London and Europe

We also accept long-distance and cross-border transfers across France and Europe. Tell us the route, dates and passengers and we will provide a quote.

How an excursion is planned

  • You tell us the places, the date and the number of passengers
  • We suggest a timetable and a fixed price
  • The driver collects you, drives and waits at the times you agree
  • You enjoy the day without parking, tolls or navigation to manage

Group Transport with Chauffeur

Group travel works best when everyone arrives together. Our minivan carries up to 8 passengers, and for bigger parties we organise several vehicles departing at the same time with one point of contact. The result is a simple plan, a single quote and a group that stays together from the airport to the hotel.

Families

Parents, grandparents and children in one vehicle, with seats for the little ones, room for the stroller and a driver who helps with the bags.

Friends and celebrations

Birthdays, reunions, hen and stag weekends and weddings, with transfers between airports, hotels and venues.

Schools and clubs

Youth trips, sports teams and cultural groups travelling to Paris, Disneyland Paris and Parc Astérix.

Business and events

Delegations, conference attendees, trade-show guests and executives who need to be on time and in comfort.

Larger groups

If you need more than 8 seats, we arrange two or more minivans travelling together. This is often simpler and more flexible than a coach. Vehicles can leave at the same time from the same airport or hotel, and you receive a single price for the whole party. For groups we recommend booking early and sending the following details: dates, number of passengers, number of suitcases, arrival and departure points and any special needs.

Accessibility and special needs

If anyone in your group has reduced mobility or special requirements, tell us when you book. We plan the vehicle, the meeting point and the timing to make the journey easy for everyone.

How Booking Works

1. Tell us your route

Where you start, where you go and when. For several legs, give us all of them and we quote the whole trip.

2. Share the details

Passengers, suitcases, flight number, hotel name and any requests, such as child seats.

3. Get a fixed price

We confirm the vehicle and the price. Once you approve, your booking is confirmed with the driver's details.

4. Meet your chauffeur

Your driver waits at the airport, hotel or station and takes you directly to your destination.

Practical tips

  • Give the flight number so that we can follow delays and early arrivals.
  • Keep your driver's number on your phone before you land.
  • Tell us how many suitcases and strollers you have, so that we can prepare the layout.
  • Book early for school holidays, summer and Christmas.
  • Tell your hotel what time you will arrive, so that they can prepare the room or hold your bags.

Where We Drive

Our base is in Pantin, just north-east of Paris, which puts us close to CDG, to central Paris and to the road to Disneyland Paris. From there we serve the whole of Île-de-France and far beyond.

Travel Guide: Getting Around Paris with a Group

Planning transport for a group is different from planning it for one person. The decisions that look small, such as which terminal, which entrance, how many suitcases and how many car seats, decide whether the first hours of a holiday are relaxed or stressful. This short guide gathers what we explain to guests every week, so that you can plan with confidence.

Count your luggage before you book

A group of six with two suitcases each has twelve large bags, plus hand luggage, jackets and often a stroller. The V-Class is designed to carry a full group and a sensible amount of luggage, but there is a limit, and it depends on the number of seats in use. Count your bags honestly, include sports equipment and musical instruments, and tell us the numbers. If your luggage is exceptional, we propose a second vehicle or a different layout in advance, so that there is no problem at the curb.

Children, strollers and car seats

French rules require children to travel in an appropriate restraint, and we are happy to prepare the correct seat for each child. Give us the age and approximate weight of each child at booking. For babies we can provide a rear-facing seat, for toddlers a forward-facing seat and for older children a booster. Folded strollers travel in the luggage area, and we recommend keeping the rain cover and a small bag of snacks within reach in the cabin.

Arriving early in the morning

Many long-haul flights land at CDG between 05:30 and 09:00, long before hotel check-in time. This is normal, and we plan for it. Your driver can take you to your hotel to leave the luggage, to a breakfast place, to Disney Village or to the park gates, depending on your plan. If you want to start sightseeing straight away, tell us, and we will arrange the first stop accordingly. A private minivan also gives you space to rest after an overnight flight.

Arriving late at night

If you land after the last train or coach, you do not need to improvise. A late arrival is a regular booking for us. Your driver follows your flight and is waiting in the arrivals hall even if the plane lands hours behind schedule. The price does not change for waiting caused by a delay of the flight.

Traffic around Paris

Traffic is the main variable on any journey in the Paris region. The ring roads are busiest in the morning towards Paris and in the evening away from it, and the roads to the airports carry heavy traffic at weekends in holiday periods. We cannot control traffic, but we plan around it. We give you a generous margin for flights from Paris, we choose the best road at the time you drive, and because your price is fixed you do not pay for the delay.

Seasons and busy dates

Paris is busy in spring and summer, at Christmas and during the school holidays of France and neighbouring countries. Fashion weeks, big sports events and trade fairs also fill the hotels and the roads. For these dates we advise booking as early as you know your plans. Disneyland Paris is especially busy on weekends and during the holidays, and an early booking guarantees that a vehicle and a driver are reserved for you.

Multi-generational trips

Grandparents, parents and grandchildren often travel together, and the vehicle must suit all of them. The V-Class has easy access, comfortable seats and room to stretch. Tell us if someone needs extra time to get in and out, uses a walking aid or needs a particular seating position, and we will prepare accordingly. A driver who helps with the bags and waits patiently can make a big difference to the comfort of the day.

Whatever your plan, the simplest way to start is to send us your route, date and number of passengers. We reply with a clear fixed price and a proposed vehicle, and we stay available by phone and email until you are safely at your destination. Taxi minivan transfers in Paris should be easy, and we make them so for families, friends, organised groups and business travellers alike, at any hour of the day or night, every day of the year.

How Our Fixed Pricing Works

A taxi meter gives you a number at the end of the ride. We prefer to give you the number at the start. Our prices are fixed per vehicle for a given route, date and time, and we confirm them before you commit. Because the price is per vehicle and not per passenger, a group of six, seven or eight pays the same as a group of five, and the cost per person falls as the group grows.

What affects the price

  • The route and the distance, for example CDG to Disneyland Paris or Beauvais to Paris
  • The time of the transfer, since night and early-morning journeys may be priced differently
  • The number of stops and the waiting time you ask for, mainly on excursions
  • The number of vehicles, for groups larger than 8
  • Special requests, such as an unusually long wait or an out-of-area pick-up

What does not change the price

  • Traffic on the day of your transfer
  • A flight that arrives late or early
  • Time spent at baggage reclaim within a reasonable limit
  • The number of suitcases within the capacity of the vehicle

How to get an accurate quote quickly

Send us the pick-up point, the destination, the date and time, the number of passengers, the number of suitcases and any special needs. If you have a flight, add the flight number. With these details we can reply with a clear fixed price in a short time. If you are comparing offers, ask each company what is included, whether the meet-and-greet and the waiting time are covered and whether the price depends on traffic.

We believe that a transparent price is part of good service. If you find a mistake in a quote or if your plans change, tell us and we will correct it together, before the journey and without any pressure.

Comfort, Safety and Professional Standards

A private transfer is more than a ride. It is the first and last impression of your trip, and we treat it as such. Here is what stands behind our service.

Careful driving

Our chauffeurs drive smoothly and calmly, which matters to children, older passengers and anyone tired from travel. They respect speed limits and road rules at all times.

A well-kept vehicle

The vehicle is cleaned before each trip, checked regularly and equipped with air conditioning, so that your journey is comfortable in summer and winter alike.

Courtesy and discretion

Drivers are polite, well presented and discreet. They speak when you want to talk and leave you in peace when you want to rest.

Clear communication

You know who your driver is, how to reach him and where to meet before you travel. If anything changes, you can call us directly.

Our approach is simple: be on time, be clear, be kind and keep the promise made at the time of the quote. This is why many guests return for the next trip and recommend us to friends and relatives. A 5.0 rating across more than 300 reviews and recognition from TripAdvisor as a Travellers' Choice 2026 service are the result of thousands of ordinary transfers carried out carefully, and we want your transfer to be one of them.

What guests value most

  • A driver who is really there when the plane lands
  • A price that stays the same from the quote to the end of the trip
  • Enough space for the whole family and all of the luggage
  • Help with bags and a calm, comfortable drive
  • Easy contact by phone or email if anything changes

Sample Itineraries

These examples show how guests combine our services. Each one can be adapted to your dates, your group and your budget.

A family week: Paris and Disneyland Paris

Arrive at CDG, transfer to your Paris hotel, spend three days in the city, then take a private minivan to Disneyland Paris for two or three nights. On the last day, travel from the Disney hotel to Orly or CDG for your flight home. One quote covers all legs, and the same company handles each one.

A culture day: Versailles and Giverny

Leave your hotel in the morning, spend the morning at the Palace of Versailles and drive on to Giverny for the afternoon in Monet's gardens, then return to Paris in the evening. The driver waits at each stop, and you do not need to plan trains, buses or taxis in small towns.

A theme park double: Parc Astérix and Disneyland Paris

Spend a day at Parc Astérix, travel in the evening to a hotel near Disneyland Paris and spend the following days there. The distance between the two is short, and a private transfer saves the effort of working out the connections with children and bags.

A low-cost flight weekend: Beauvais and Paris

Land late at Beauvais, travel by minivan to your Paris apartment, enjoy the weekend and be collected in the morning for the flight home. A driver who is waiting at the airport and a price that is known in advance remove the stress of the least convenient airport.

An event weekend: wedding, birthday or reunion

Meet guests at CDG and Orly, take them to the hotels and the venue, organise a shuttle between the venue and the hotel in the evening and return the guests to the airports the next day. With several minivans on the road, everyone arrives together and on time.

A business visit: delegation and conference

Transfer a small delegation from the airport to the hotel, then to meetings and a dinner, and back to the airport. A professional chauffeur, a clean vehicle and punctual pick-ups give a good impression to partners and customers.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many passengers fit in your minivan taxi?

Our Mercedes V-Class carries up to 8 passengers. The amount of luggage depends on the number of seats in use, so tell us your bags when you book and we confirm the layout.

We follow your flight number and adjust the pick-up. You do not need to call us unless your plans change.
