Paris transfer guide: before you travel
A few simple preparations make any Paris airport transfer smoother. This guide covers what to send us, what to expect on arrival and how to combine the destinations on this page into one trip.
What to send when you book
Give us your arrival airport and terminal if you know it, your flight number and date, the number of passengers, the number of large and small bags, and the full address of your hotel or apartment. If you travel with children, add their ages so we can prepare the right seats. If you need an invoice for business travel, mention it at the start. With these details we confirm your fixed price, your vehicle and your pickup plan, and you receive everything in writing before you travel.
Expect time at arrivals
After landing you pass through passport control, collect your bags and walk to the arrivals hall. On busy days this can take longer than you expect, particularly for long-haul flights with many passengers. Because we track your flight and wait for you, you never have to hurry or worry that your driver has left. If you cannot find your driver, call the number in your confirmation and we will guide you to the meeting point.
Luggage, strollers and special items
A Mercedes V-Class is built for passengers and luggage together, but eight people with eight large suitcases will fill it. Tell us in advance if you travel with oversized items such as golf clubs, skis, musical instruments or several strollers, so we can match the vehicle or add a second one. Wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility should also tell us when they book, so we can plan the pickup and the drop-off properly.
Building a multi-stop Paris itinerary
The destinations on this page work well together. A popular family plan starts at CDG, continues to Parc Astérix for a day, then moves to Disneyland Paris for two or three days, and ends with a day in Paris and a morning at Versailles before the flight home. A shorter city break might combine an airport transfer, an evening dinner transfer in Paris and a Versailles half-day. With one provider across the whole trip you keep one contact, one confirmation and the same fixed-price approach on every leg.
Beyond Paris
Our drivers also travel to Normandy and the D-Day beaches, Rouen, Giverny, the Loire Valley, Reims and Champagne, and on longer routes across France and Europe. Tell us where you are going and when, and we reply with a fixed price and a realistic schedule. For long journeys we plan breaks and, if needed, a second driver, so the trip stays safe and comfortable.
