Disneyland Paris Transportation for Families and Groups

Group Transfer Disney, operated under the EuroDisneyTransfer name, provides private and group transportation to Disneyland Paris. We offer door-to-door shuttles, minivans and minibuses for groups ranging from small families to parties of 8 to 55 passengers. Whether you are a couple with a stroller, three generations of one family, a school class, a sports club or a tour operator moving a full coach party, the idea is the same: one booking, one clear price and a driver who is waiting for you.

Disneyland Paris lies in Marne-la-Vallée, about 35 kilometres east of the centre of Paris. It is reached by plane through Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Paris Orly (ORY) or Paris Beauvais (BVA), and by train through Marne-la-Vallée Chessy station. Public transport works well for a light traveller, but it becomes hard for a group with luggage, children and a tight schedule. A private transfer replaces the changes, platforms and crowds with a single vehicle that goes where you are going.

Our service is a taxi service in the practical sense that matters to travellers: you book a car, a driver comes, and you are taken from one address to another. The difference is the scale and the clarity. Instead of a metered fare and a four-seat car, you receive a fixed price and a vehicle that matches your group, from a taxi minivan for up to 8 passengers to a minibus or coach for the largest parties.

We are an independent company based in Pantin, near Paris, and we are not part of The Walt Disney Company or Disneyland Paris. Our focus on the Disneyland Paris route means that our drivers know the airports, the roads, the hotel entrances and the best stopping points at the parks. Booking is simple: use the Book now button, which takes you to our booking site at cdgpariscab.com, or call us and we will arrange everything by phone.

If you are unsure which vehicle or route suits your group, call us with your dates and the number of travellers, and we will explain the options in plain language and quote the simplest plan.

Taxis, Minivans, Minibuses and Coaches

The right vehicle depends on how many people you are and how much luggage you carry. We match the vehicle to your group, so that you do not pay for empty seats and nobody is left behind.

Private taxi minivan

For 1 to 8 passengers. A Mercedes V-Class with air conditioning, charging points and generous luggage space. The most popular choice for families.

Minibus shuttle

For mid-size groups of more than 8 passengers. One vehicle, one driver and one meeting point for the whole party, with space for luggage.

Coach for large groups

For parties of up to 55 passengers, such as school trips, tour groups, clubs and corporate events, with a coordinated pick-up and drop-off.

Multi-vehicle convoys

Several vehicles departing together from the same point, with one quote and one contact, for groups that do not fit a single vehicle.

How we choose the vehicle

When you send your details, we look at the number of passengers, the amount of luggage, the number of pick-up points and the timing. A family of five with two suitcases and a stroller fits comfortably in a minivan. A group of eighteen with eighteen suitcases needs a minibus with a proper luggage area. A group of fifty needs a coach and, often, a coordinator. We propose the vehicle that fits, and we confirm it with the fixed price.

Child seats and accessibility

Child and booster seats are available on request for the minivan, and we can discuss arrangements for larger vehicles when you book. If someone in your party has reduced mobility, tell us in advance so that we choose a vehicle and a meeting point that make the journey easy.

Airport Transfers to Disneyland Paris

Most visitors arrive by plane. Paris has three airports, and the best transfer depends on where you land. In every case we follow your flight number, adjust to delays and wait at no extra charge if baggage reclaim takes time.

Charles de Gaulle (CDG) to Disneyland Paris

CDG is the largest airport in France and the closest to the resort. The drive usually takes 45 minutes to an hour, using the A1 and A104 motorways. Your driver meets you in the arrivals area of your terminal with a name sign, helps with the luggage and takes you directly to your hotel. For large groups, we agree a single meeting point in advance, so that the whole party can gather easily after baggage reclaim.

Many long-haul flights land at CDG in the early morning, before hotel check-in. If your room is not ready, we can take you to leave the luggage, to Disney Village or to the park entrance, so that the first day is not lost.

Orly (ORY) to Disneyland Paris

Orly is south of Paris, on the opposite side of the region. By public transport the trip involves several changes. By private vehicle we use the ring roads and the A4, and the drive takes about an hour in normal conditions. We tell you the exact meeting point when we confirm the booking, since terminal arrangements can change.

Beauvais (BVA) to Disneyland Paris

Beauvais is about 85 kilometres north of Paris and is used by many low-cost airlines, often with late arrivals and early departures. The transfer takes about an hour and a half, and a pre-booked driver is the most reliable way to complete it, especially for groups, since public coaches are limited and may not match your flight.

Included in every airport transfer

  • Meet-and-greet with a name sign in the arrivals area
  • Flight tracking and automatic adjustment for delays
  • Help with luggage and a direct drive to your destination
  • A fixed price with no meter and no surprises
  • Return transfer at a time that suits your flight home

Paris, Versailles and Parc Astérix to Disneyland Paris

From Paris

The distance between central Paris and Disneyland Paris is about 35 kilometres, and the journey takes 40 to 60 minutes by road. The RER A line serves the resort, but it can be crowded, and it involves stairs and platforms. A private vehicle collects you at your hotel, apartment or station and takes you to the door of your Disney hotel. For groups staying in several Paris hotels, we can plan a route with several pick-ups, so that everyone arrives together.

From Versailles

The Palace of Versailles is about 60 kilometres from the resort, on the other side of the region. By public transport the journey goes through central Paris with changes. By private vehicle it takes about an hour and a quarter. A common plan is to visit the Palace in the morning and travel to Disneyland Paris in the afternoon. We can also collect your group in Paris, drive to Versailles, wait or return at the end of the visit and continue to the resort.

From Parc Astérix

Parc Astérix is north of Paris, close to CDG, and about 45 minutes from Disneyland Paris. Spend a day at one park, travel in the evening to the other and continue your holiday. We drive both ways and from the airports directly to Parc Astérix.

One quote for the whole trip

If your trip has several stages, such as airport, Paris, Disneyland Paris and airport again, we quote them together. One company handles every leg, and you deal with a single point of contact.

Drop-off at Disney Hotels, Partner Hotels and the Parks

Disneyland Paris is spread across several areas, and our drivers know where to stop for each. Give us the name and address of your hotel when you book, and we plan the drop-off for you.

Disney hotels

We drive to the hotel entrance, where the staff can take over your luggage. Guests of Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Newport Bay Club, Sequoia Lodge, Hotel Cheyenne, Hotel Santa Fe, Disney's Hotel New York and Davy Crockett Ranch are regular passengers.

Partner and nearby hotels

Hotels around the resort, in Marne-la-Vallée, Chessy, Magny-le-Hongre and Val d'Europe, are served door to door.

Parks and Disney Village

We drop you near the park entrances or at Disney Village, so that you can start the day with the luggage already handled.

Rentals and apartments

Holiday rentals in Serris, Bailly-Romainvilliers, Coupvray and Val d'Europe are served at the address you give us.

For groups with several hotels, tell us in advance. We plan the order of the drop-offs and the pick-ups, so that nobody waits longer than necessary, and we agree a clear meeting point for the return.

Group Transportation: From Small Families to 55 Passengers

Group travel works best when everyone arrives together. We organise transfers for parties of every size, and we treat the coordination as part of the service.

Families

Parents, grandparents and children in one vehicle, with child seats, room for strollers and a driver who helps with the bags.

Schools and youth groups

School trips, scouts, music groups and youth clubs, with clear meeting points, punctual pick-ups and a contact for the group leaders.

Tour operators

Reliable transfers for travel agencies and tour organisers who need a partner for arrivals, departures and park days.

Corporate groups

Incentive trips, team events and conferences near Marne-la-Vallée, with punctual vehicles and professional drivers.

Clubs and teams

Sports teams, choirs and associations travelling with equipment and luggage, in minibuses or coaches.

Weddings and celebrations

Guests arriving by different flights, transfers between hotels and venues, and returns to the airports the next day.

How large-group transfers are organised

For groups of more than 8, preparation is the key to a calm arrival. We ask for the dates, the number of passengers, the number of suitcases, the arrival times, the airports or stations and the hotels. We then propose a plan: the vehicle type, the number of vehicles, the meeting point, the timing and the price. For large parties we recommend naming a group leader as the single contact. The leader receives the driver's details, the meeting point and the timetable, and can call us if anything changes.

Luggage for groups

Luggage is the main limit for large groups. A coach has a luggage hold, but the hold is not unlimited, and a group that arrives with a very large amount of luggage may need an additional vehicle. Tell us the number of suitcases and any unusual items, such as sports equipment or musical instruments, so that we can plan correctly.

Several flights, one group

Groups often arrive on different flights. We can collect each part of the group at its own time, or wait at the airport until the whole party has arrived and then travel together. We recommend the second option for smaller groups and the first for large parties, since waiting several hours with children is rarely a good idea.

Safety and punctuality

For groups of young people, we confirm the timetable in advance and keep it. Our drivers are professional, and they follow the rules of the road and the limits on driving time. If a delay occurs, we tell the group leader straight away.

Taxi Service to Disneyland Paris

Many travellers search for a taxi to Disneyland Paris, and for good reason. A taxi is simple to understand: it comes to you and takes you to your destination. But a standard taxi has limits, and it is useful to know what they are before you choose.

Standard taxi

A normal Paris taxi seats up to four passengers and has a limited boot. For a family of five, or a smaller group with large suitcases, two cars are often needed. The fare is metered, which means that it depends on traffic and cannot be known exactly in advance. Taxis are also hard to find at busy times and late at night.

Pre-booked taxi minivan

A pre-booked taxi minivan keeps the simplicity of a taxi and removes the limits. The vehicle seats up to 8, the luggage space is generous and the price is fixed when you book. Your driver is waiting for you at the airport, and the journey is direct. For most families this is the best compromise between simplicity, comfort and cost.

Group taxi: minibus and coach

For groups of more than 8, the same idea applies at a larger scale. A minibus or coach, booked in advance, takes the whole group from one address to another, at a fixed price, with a driver who knows the route. You do not have to divide the group between several taxis or coordinate a convoy.

Taxi fare to Disneyland Paris

A metered taxi fare to Disneyland Paris depends on the distance, the time and the traffic. A fixed price removes that uncertainty. We confirm it when you book, and it does not change if the journey takes longer than expected. To receive a fixed price for your route, use the booking button or call us.

Private Transfer, Train or Shared Shuttle?

There are several ways to reach Disneyland Paris. Here is an honest comparison.

RER A and TGV

The RER A runs from central Paris to Marne-la-Vallée Chessy, next to the parks, and the station is also served by long-distance trains. It is a good option for a light traveller or a day visit. Its limits are stairs, crowds, the need to reach the RER from the airport and the difficulty of managing children and luggage. It also stops running late at night.

Shared shuttles

A shared shuttle collects several groups and leaves when it is full. The price per person is low, but the journey can be long, with several stops, and the schedule may not suit your flight.

Private transfer

A private vehicle goes directly to your hotel, leaves when you are ready, carries the whole group and the luggage, and runs at any hour at a fixed price. It is the most comfortable and predictable option, and for groups it is often competitive with the cost of individual tickets.

Large family or groupPrivate minivan, minibus or coach: one vehicle, one price
Late-night arrivalPrivate transfer: available at any hour
Light traveller by dayRER A may be enough
Lots of luggage and strollersPrivate transfer: no stairs, no changes
School or tour groupCoach or minibus with a coordinated plan

Know the Resort Before You Arrive

Disneyland Paris is bigger than many first-time visitors expect. The resort is built around two parks facing each other across a central plaza, with the Disney Village entertainment area between the parks and the station. Hotels are spread around the site, some within walking distance and others a short shuttle ride away. Beyond the resort lies Val d'Europe, a modern town with a large shopping centre, restaurants and many hotels and apartments, a short drive from the parks.

The two parks

Disneyland Park is the original park, with the castle at its centre, and Walt Disney Studios Park is the second, with a focus on films and television. They are next to each other, and visitors often spend a day in each. The drop-off points are close together, and your driver can stop at whichever entrance suits your plan.

Disney Village

Disney Village offers restaurants, shops and entertainment, and it is open to everyone. It is a good place to eat after a late arrival, or to wait for a hotel room. We can drop you there on request.

Seasons and busy dates

Weekends, school holidays, summer, Halloween and Christmas are the busiest times. Book your transfer early for these dates, since vehicles and drivers are limited, and coaches in particular must be reserved well in advance.

Planning a Large Group Trip to Disneyland Paris

Moving a group of 20, 40 or 55 people is a different task from moving a family. The same principles apply, but each one matters more. This guide explains how group leaders, teachers and tour organisers can prepare, and how we help at every stage.

Start early

Coaches and minibuses are limited, and the busiest dates fill quickly. If you know your dates, send us your request as soon as possible. An early request lets us reserve the right vehicle, plan the timetable and give you a firm price, and it leaves you time to adjust the plan if your numbers change.

Know your numbers

The quote depends on the number of passengers and the amount of luggage. If the exact numbers are not yet known, give us a range, and we will propose a vehicle that works for the highest figure. When the numbers are confirmed, tell us, and we will update the booking. Remember to count the adults who accompany the group, including leaders and drivers of other vehicles.

Agree the meeting points

Large airports are busy and noisy, and a group of fifty can disappear in a crowd. We agree a single, easy-to-find meeting point with the group leader in advance, and we send the instructions in writing. At a hotel or a station, we agree the exact place where the vehicle will stop. Clear meeting points save more time than any other detail.

Build a realistic timetable

Groups move more slowly than individuals. Baggage reclaim, toilets, head counts and loading take time, and each step takes longer with children. We build these delays into the timetable, and we advise you to do the same. For departures, we recommend leaving the hotel earlier than a small family would, so that the group reaches the airport with a comfortable margin.

Label the luggage

Labelled bags are loaded and unloaded faster and are less likely to be lost. Ask each member of the group to attach a label with a name and a phone number, and to keep valuables and documents in hand luggage. A group leader who keeps a list of the bags can check the count at each stop.

Documents and responsibilities

Keep passports, tickets and boarding passes with each traveller, and a copy of the group list with the leader. For school groups, the rules of the school and the country apply, and the leader remains responsible for the group. Our drivers are responsible for the vehicle and the road, and they will help with loading and with directions.

Stay in touch

On the day, the group leader and the driver should have each other's phone numbers. If a flight is delayed or a stop takes longer than planned, a call lets us adjust the plan before it becomes a problem. We also give you our own number for questions at any hour.

What you receive from us

  • A proposed vehicle plan, with the number and type of vehicles
  • A fixed price for the whole group
  • Written meeting instructions and the driver's contact details
  • Flight tracking for airport arrivals and departures
  • A single point of contact before and during the trip

Special Occasions and Seasons at Disneyland Paris

For many families and groups a trip to Disneyland Paris marks something: a birthday, a graduation, a first flight, a reunion or a long-awaited holiday. A good transfer makes the occasion feel special from the first minute.

Birthdays and surprises

If you plan a surprise for a child, tell us in advance. We can adapt the arrival time, the drop-off point and the route to fit your plan, so that the surprise is not spoiled on the way.

Multi-family holidays

Two or three families travelling together often choose a rental in Val d'Europe or a group of rooms at a Disney hotel. We plan the airport pick-ups for each flight and use one or two vehicles, so that the group arrives at the same time.

School holidays, Halloween and Christmas

The resort is at its busiest in the school holidays, around Halloween and at Christmas. Hotels fill, roads are busier and vehicles are in demand. Book early and allow extra time for the journey, especially for departures to the airport. A fixed price protects you from the effect of traffic on your budget.

Quieter weeks

Weeks outside the holidays are calmer, with shorter queues in the parks and easier roads. If your dates are flexible, ask us. We are happy to tell you which days are likely to be easier for the transfer.

Why Choose Group Transfer Disney?

Every group size

From a couple in a taxi to a coach party of 55, with one company and one way of working.

Fixed, clear prices

You know the price before you travel, and it does not move with traffic or a delayed flight.

Door to door

We meet you at the airport, hotel or station and leave you at the entrance of your destination.

Open day and night

Early flights, late arrivals, weekends and holidays are all part of our normal service.

We focus on the road to Disneyland Paris, and that focus shows in the details: the right meeting point at each terminal, the right entrance at each hotel and a calm answer when plans change. Guests rate us 5.0 stars across more than 300 reviews, and we want your transfer to add to that record. Whatever the size of your group, the simplest way to begin is to book online at cdgpariscab.com or to call us with your dates, and we will take care of the rest.

Fixed Pricing for Disneyland Paris Transfers

A taxi meter gives you a number at the end of the ride. We give you the number at the start. Our prices are fixed per vehicle for a given route, date and time, and we confirm them before you commit. Because the price is per vehicle and not per passenger, the cost per person falls as the group grows. A full minivan or a full minibus is one of the most economical ways to reach the resort.

What affects the price

  • The route, for example CDG to Disneyland Paris or Beauvais to Disneyland Paris
  • The vehicle type: taxi minivan, minibus or coach
  • The time of the transfer, since night and early-morning journeys may be priced differently
  • The number of vehicles, stops and pick-up points
  • Waiting time on combined itineraries, such as a visit to Versailles

What does not change the price

  • Traffic on the day of your transfer
  • A flight that arrives late or early
  • Reasonable time at baggage reclaim
  • The number of suitcases within the capacity of the vehicle

To receive an accurate quote quickly, send us the pick-up point, the destination, the date and time, the number of passengers, the number of suitcases and the flight number. We reply with a clear fixed price and a proposed vehicle.
